Christopher Finance has designed a finance product to give you flexibility to obtain cashflow as and when required, whether for expert disbursements, historic disbursements, or bridging of fees.

Our innovative 36-month zero cost to capital product is a pioneering step in financing medico-legal expert reports for personal injury attorneys. In partnership with Funda Medical, we’re proud to offer a solution that enables attorneys to access vital medico-legal reports without the immediate financial burden.
The Benefits
We finance the disbursements associated with each case, including medico-legal expert reports at zero cost to your firm for the first 36 months.
Repayment is due only when you receive payment from the RAF or after the calculated term ends – whichever comes first.
There are no upfront cash outflows during the life of the case. Fees are only due upon repayment, and the finance cost only begins to accumulate once you draw on a matter with a zero fee on medico-legal expert reports for the first 36 months.

How the 36-month zero cost to capital product works:
No payment for 36 months:
Once you have a Christopher Finance facility in place, you can upload matters onto our system at no cost. If the matter qualifies, you’ll receive an Evaluation Acceptance Note (EAN), which pre-approval is electronically communicated to Funda Medical and you can make appointments on behalf of your clients and obtain the necessary reports.
Deferred payment:
You will only pay for the medical reports after 36 months. During this period, we charge no fees – that means no discounting, no facility fees, and no admin charges. The reports are accessible when you need them, with no immediate cash outflow.
Flagging for payment:
After 36 months you can elect to settle the invoices for reports delivered, alternatively cost to capital will commence on month 36 and run on your existing facility for an additional 36 months, should you not settle. This can be repeated in cycles of heads of damages settled.
